Traceable® Memory-Card Refrigerator/Freezer Thermometer

Thermometer captures 5.9 million readings with 256 mb removable SD memory card. Text report shows date, time of day, and sensor readings in a single line. USB memory card reader plugs directly into Windows and Mac—no software to install. Sealed bottle sensor is insulated from rapid temperature changes when refrigerator door is opened. Solution in sealed bottle is GRAS—generally recognized as safe by FDA. Thin cable is easy for refrigerator door to close and seal. Minimum/maximum feature displays highest/lowest readings for any time period. Alarm beeps and a bright red LED flashes when temperature rises above or falls below user-set points, alarm sets in 0.1° increments. Unique 4-line display shows temperature of bottle probe, ambient temperature, humidity and time of day. Probe temperature range is –22 to 158°F (–30 to 70°C) with 0.1° resolution. Probe temperature accuracy is ±0.6°C (0 to 50°C), ±1.2 (–30 to 0°C, 50 to 70°C). Probes size, bottle 1 x 2½”, stainless-steel 0.16 x 1”.
