Return Policy

We understand that sometimes an item is not what you were expecting when you placed the order. Simply e-mail or call us and let us know that you have a return. We will process the exchange, refund or replacement immediately. You may contact us at service@medsupplypartners.com or 877-633-7779.

We simply ask that you return the merchandise unused, in the original box and shipping carton, with a copy of your receipt within 30 of your order placement. The original shipping charges will be refunded only if the wrong items were shipped or the merchandise was received damaged.

Shipping Policy/Damaged Merchandise

Once your order is received, our goal is to ship it within 3 business days. MedSupply Partners' standard method of shipping is FedExGround. Other forms of shipping are available, including other carriers.

In the unfortunate (and unlikely) event that your shipment arrives and you discover damaged merchandise in the carton, please contact us. We will provide prompt service in replacing the merchandise and notify the carrier. You may contact us at service@medsupplypartners.com or 877-633-7779.
